Dischord Records Archives

Since 2015 I have been working with Ian Mackaye at Dischord Records on the label’s archives. This includes correspondence dating back to 1981 that traces the formation of punk in America, album art paste-ups, ephemera and more.

For an informative interview about the archiving project with Ian at Dischord Records - please see Maximum Rocknroll #402.

Ralph Rinzler Folklife Archives

I spent 6 years working with the Ralph Rinzler Folklife Archives and Collections which in addition to being an archive - houses the collections of active record label Smithsonian Folkways. I worked with everything from audio reels to cassettes to business papers from record labels and drawings by Woody Guthrie. Notable collections I worked with were the Lee Hays Papers, Moses and Frances Asch Collection, Collector Records, and the Woody Guthrie Papers.
